See&Connect provides a range of B2B services, which includes selling products, and finding distributors etc. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or contracts with each client.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

Quotations & Payments

All quotations provided by See&Connect are non-binding until formally accepted through a signed agreement or purchase order.

  • Payment terms will be defined in the invoice or service agreement.

  • All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the specified time frame.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, or financial information exchanged during the course of the relationship as confidential. This obligation continues even after the termination of the business relationship.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, branding materials, and any intellectual property provided as part of our services remains the property of See&Connect or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such content for the intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

See&Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Compliance with Japanese Law

All clients are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Japan and any relevant international business practices. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any legal proceedings shall be brought before the Tokyo District Court.

Data Protection

See&Connect is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients and business partners in accordance with applicable Japanese data protection laws and international standards, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

  • We collect and process only the minimum necessary data to deliver our services effectively.

  • All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

  • We do not share client data with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or for legitimate business operations (e.g., logistics partners).

Clients may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

Warranties and Disclaimers

See&Connect makes every effort to provide services that meet professional and industry standards. However, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results, especially when factors are beyond our control.

Any product warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in the relevant purchase or supply agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship by providing written notice in accordance with the service agreement. Obligations related to payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

Amendments

See&Connect reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on our official website or communicated directly to clients.
