We are looking for Fugu/pufferfish distributors overseas.
Rest assured that the fugu has been properly processed by chefs certified by the Japanese government, and therefore is safe to eat.
Fugu refers to the species of pufferfish eaten as a delicacy in Japan. One of the plot twists is that the pufferfish is known for being toxic, its liver and ovaries containing fatal toxin. However, a lot of people still dare to eat it because risk is statistically low and it is known for its subtly sweet flavor and unique chewy texture. It is even said that the texture comes between chicken and squid!
For distribution we do not have any particular target countries. Therefore, anyone is welcome to apply regardless of location.
