Once connected, the vendor will reach out to you using the contact details you provided. From there, you may communicate directly to discuss pricing, arrange transactions, and finalize any agreements. Please note that as a third-party platform, we do not manage or mediate transactions unless a serious issue arises and intervention is necessary.

Rest assured, we only share the minimum necessary information required to connect you with the vendor — typically non-personal identifiers such as your inquiry details. Your personal contact information will only be shared with a vendor once you’ve expressed interest and consent to be connected.

Once you are connected with the vendor, the vendor will provide the pricing details directly. In some cases, vendor names may be temporarily masked due to confidentiality agreements—but rest assured, you’ll have full vendor information once the connection is established.

If a payment or contract is already in place, please communicate directly with the vendor to resolve the matter. Should a serious issue arise, feel free to notify us, and we will step in to assist as needed.

We take any reports of fraudulent behavior very seriously. If you believe you’ve been scammed, please contact us immediately with the details of the incident. We will investigate the matter thoroughly, and if the vendor is found to have acted dishonestly, we will remove their listings and blacklist them from our platform.

No, we do not charge any commission fees. As a free platform acting solely as a third-party connector, we do not take a percentage of your sales or transactions.
