“Hokudai no Minori” is a series of confectioneries combining cookies, chocolate, and apple confiture.
It features apples cultivated and harvested at Hokkaido University’s Northern Biosphere Field Science Center, Biological Production Research Farm, and Yoichi Orchard for practical training and research purposes.
The Kogyoku apple variety used in this product has been cultivated since 1912. This product was released in 2024 and became so popular that it sold out several times.
